Our Technology

Sourced from USA, these 3 cradle furnace system work up to 1400 C to melt the put in scrap. The molten metal is then transferred and poured into castings. The furnace system is backed by a DM plant and a cooling tower to ensure the furnace’s efficiency.

Using Danish manufactured machinery, our sand plant works to achieve the prefect balance of sand, additives and water to give the perfect consistency of cast to mold the metal.

Our Danish manufactured molding plant offers fully automatic ability to jolt squeeze the casting to give the desired product – be it manhole covers, bollards, various fittings or gulley covers.

The molded items are then transferred to the finishing bay where they are grinded and painted to give the bespoke finish to suit the clients taste.

UKC considered as the pioneer in grinding media manufacturing in the region utilises a fully automatic production line with 2,000 Tons monthly capacity for a wide range of sizes (20-150 MM).
